Several factors determine the fee for periodontal therapy, including the complexity and advacement of the situation.  We understand your health care or dental insurance may not cover the cost of your treatment, and we make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and increase your reimbursement.  

Charges for treatment are determined and discussed at your consulation appointment before treatment is started. We make every effort to make our services fully available to our patients. Please do not hesitate to discuss fees.

Initial examination fees are due at the time of the appointment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist in the filing of insurance forms. Unlike medical insurance, dental rarely pays 100% of the charges incured. Patients are requested to make arrangements for their estimated portion during the initial phase of treatment.
