Charges for treatment are determined and discussed at your consulation appointment. We make every effort to make our services fully available to our patients. Please do not hesitate to discuss fees.

Initial examination fees are due at the time of the appointment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist in the filing of insurance forms. Unlike medical insurance, dental rarely pays 100% of the charges incured. Patients are requested to make arrangements for their estimated portion during the initial phase of treatment.
